Please ensure you have the Service NSW app on your phone to enable scanning of the QR Code. Via the Link below

When an attendee arrives at the funeral service, they hover their phone camera over the code on display. The smartphone reads the QR code and the check in page appears.
The attendee enters their contact details.
A staff member may check the successful sign-in on the attendee’s phone.
Funeral Directors and families can assist by advising people attending the funeral of the QR code check in process and assisting them to check in when they arrive.
Customers without a mobile phone will be asked to record their details on the Record of Attendance form provided at the service.
In accordance with the framework, a record must be kept of all attendees names and contact

With its lawn setting and peaceful ambiance, Western Districts Chapel, Cemetery & Memorial Gardens is a beautiful location for our exclusive Family Estates.
Design your own personalised Family Estate with a tasteful surround and a choice of plants from our selected range. Incorporated is a family nameplate and a bronze plaque for each member of the family member placed in your own private garden. Your Family Estate is a peaceful place where family members and descendants can come to reflect and celebrate the lives of loved ones. A place where your family can be together forever.
Losing a child doesn’t mean you lose the memory of their beautiful little soul. It’s important to have a special place to grieve and reflect, a permanent place of remembrance.
Now, there is such a place. The Nursery at Western Districts Memorial Park has been especially designed to celebrate the lives of children taken too soon. Incorporating a Baby Burial area, Memorial Garden and Butterfly Memorial, these beautifully landscaped gardens commemorate lives of innocence and provide a place for families to unite.
Our Butterfly Memorials have been crafted to remember babies lost during pregnancy or birth, the colourful motifs a fitting home for little lives cut so short. This area can also be used for babies lost in decades gone past, and is a perfect way of remembering those babies from previous generations before memorialisation was possible.
